Steffen Hilser is an experienced and results-oriented strategy consultant. He supports companies in developing viable strategies and converting them into the right results. His focus is on convincing people to change and to move organisations forward with sustainable momentum.

As a partner at Liebich & Partner since 2009, with more than ten years as board member, Steffen was responsible for the strategic development and transformation of key business units. In this role, he was instrumental in shaping the firm’s approach to consulting, in combining clear strategies with consistent implementation, and in generating a measurable contribution to growth, efficiency and viability.

Prior to this, Steffen gained international experience in the IT/telecoms sector, and also in the retail sector, specialising in strategy, business development, and product and transformation management. His key activities include developing sustainable business models, the internationalisation of companies, and creating high-performing organisations in dynamic markets.

During his studies in business administration, Steffen’s focus was on international markets and business models, such that he already laid the foundations for his current work in strategic management consulting.
