Steffen has been a management consultant and entrepreneur since 2009, decided to join Liebich & Partner and has been navigating the company’s future as managing partner since 2015 and as board member since 2016. In past management roles he was responsible for many years for internationalisation, founding new companies and developing customer segments, and understands different cultural approaches from practical experience.
