Michael Schuh

Graduate psychologist and coach Michael Schuh facilitates individual and organisational resilience. He has 25 years of experience in management and HR consulting. In an integrative way he combines the strategic orientation of the company with the strengths and motivations of the employees. Thereby, he succeeds in scaling down demotivating influences in the organisations and instead transforms them into supportive environments. As a coach he understands how to increase the potential and performance of his clients in HR and transformation projects. He also holds regular lectures on topics such as Innovation in HR Management or New Work.

Michael has been a management consultant since 1996 and has worked for several renowned consulting firms. He joined Liebich und Partner in 2011 and has also been a partner since 2017. Previously, he worked in international companies as head of international HR development, of change management and of management and organisational development.
