Günter has been shaping Liebich & Partner, in particular HR consulting, since 2007. Two years after joining he became partner, in 2015 managing partner, and since 2019 has been navigating the company’s future as board member. As executive search professional his expertise stems from decades in managing roles in large companies and many years of consulting work. He held management positions in a successful publishing/software company for 14 years, and in an international group in the media, software and services sector for nine years. Therefore, he is rightly familiar with all facets of leadership, HR management and development, change management, digitalisation and responsibility for turnover and results.
