Two of Agilium Worldwide’s member firms in Europe collaborate to create a “win-win-win” situation

I founded CovenantES Partners in 2010 to be a discreet, concierge recruiter and advisor to the C-Suite and boards of directors. Our most recent searches include a CFO for a publicly traded health-tech software company, CHRO of a private label US food company, President of the US subsidiary of a fruit innovation company, CEO of a global German pizza and ingredients company, and President of a food innovation supplier to dairy markets in the US.
A former colleague introduced me to AGILIUM WORLDWIDE. I’d been a member of a different global executive search network some years ago, and always found it professionally rewarding and valuable to my clients.
Being able to introduce partners globally and help US and multinational clients with their talent and leadership needs in distant but important markets was advantageous. Most importantly, Agilium partners are all owner-managed firms. I have found that owners who execute searches have a stronger commitment to clients and candidates than is typical. Personally, I really enjoy interacting with different cultures and traveling internationally.
During a business trip to Europe in June, 2023, I was able to get acquainted with AGILIUM WORLDWIDE’s Chairman Dr. Matthias Rode, based in Germany, and with Frans Harmanns and Pat O’Donnell, AGILIUM WORLDWIDE members from the Netherlands and Ireland respectively. They all impressed me as capable, hardworking executive search professionals but, equally as important, straight-forward, excellent businessmen dedicated to their clients’ success and offering outstanding commitment, market knowledge and service to clients. My confidence about introducing clients to AGILIUM WORLDWIDE partners was established. When the Executive Committee invited me to join I did so, without any hesitation.
Within weeks of joining, by working with Agilium European leaders, we referred my Austrian client to our South American partners in Brazil, Barbara Nogueira and David Braga of PrimeTalent. They have been providing exemplary service to my client as they execute an important GM search for the South American market. These are very encouraging signs that, in time, I’ll be working with other AGILIUM WORLDWIDE partners globally to manage the talent needs of corporate clients. I am delighted to represent AGILIUM WORLDWIDE in the New York-US market.
The AGILIUM WORLDWIDE executive committee and members welcome Mary and her team into the group and are proud to have CovenantES on board.
