Gudrun Schiller holds a degree in materials science and has extensive experience in efficiency improvement, process optimisation and global sales strategies. Her career encompasses more than 30 years in executive roles, focusing on the development and implementation of international corporate and growth strategies, and the restructuring and transformation of business organisations. She has profound expertise in leading business units, subsidiaries, steering committees and project teams in an international environment.

Gudrun joined Liebich & Partner as a management consultant in 2024. Previously, she was head of a medium-sized group of companies that achieved significant international growth under her leadership. In this role, she was responsible for the technical and commercial strategic alignment, the development and performance of the subsidiaries in markets such as the USA, India, Mexico, Brazil and Poland. She demonstrated her expertise in developing global market strategies and increasing sales during the successful reorganisation process of a renowned German company. Furthermore, she worked for several years at a leading American company that manufactures customer-specific raw materials for high-performance ceramics. Here she gained more expertise in raw material optimisation and leading complex projects.

Gudrun also specialises in interim management, supporting companies in transitional phases with her expertise.
