David Hudowski advises companies on internationalisation, restructuring, and sales and marketing strategies. He focuses on tapping into new markets and optimising corporate structures across borders, particularly in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
In these regions David has secured strategic networks and new trading partners – a significant element of sales growth. In France, Switzerland and the Benelux countries, for example, he supported the restructuring and divestment of trading partners. He sees restructuring as a holistic process: in complex reorganisation projects, he took on the strategic realignment of sales, marketing, product development, logistics and production.
David joined Liebich & Partner in 2024 and has 15 years of experience in management roles at various industrial companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in business studies, and has profound expertise in helping companies develop systematically – through improved structures, new markets or better market access strategies.
