David Hudowski

Executive search, management consultant for leadership and transformation

David Hudowski fills leadership positions in mid-sized industrial companies and international organizations, focusing on key commercial roles, such as management board, head of sales, and country manager. His consulting assignments mainly involve transformation, restructuring, and expansion initiatives.

David‘s work today is the result of more than 20 years’ experience in hands-on, operational leadership roles in the industrial sector. He has worked in international corporations, being responsible for sales and restructuring in the EMEA region. And also in owner-managed SMEs during turnaround and growth phases, including the role of managing director in one SME. This kind of dual perspective enables him to clearly assess different organizational dynamics and select the perfect candidates for executive roles.

A key focus of his is on international assignments in the German-French context, as well as in the DACH region and the Benelux countries. David is trilingual, speaking German, French, and English fluently. He complements his activities in executive search with consulting services at the intersection of organisation and market, particularly in areas such as sales structure, market entry and business transformation.

David has been a consultant at Liebich & Partner since 2024. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in international commerce. He is also a certified Design Thinking Coach and Scrum Master.
